Waves of emotion blaze
binding them tightly
in the wraths of silence.
Drops of tears stain
In mere moments
before they fade away
before they fade away
hands reach out to touch
as they search
for the strength and will
to try once more.
Joined by dancing eyes
their lips lock in a kiss
that stops time ….

What a wonderful poem about a couple's reunion, or departure. I think I've interpreted it either way, so I could be wrong here.
Anyhow, it's a pleasure to meet you from the A-Z Challenge!
Lovely poem!
Mmm delicious.
Some word combos just "taste" good. (=
A fellow A-Zer.
I learned yesterday that was called a 'holy crap, my underwear just melted' kiss...
I like the poem, though--great feel to it!
love the poem! full of emotion. love the photo! what statement the red umbrella makes.
Nice poem. The concept of nearly fading away could apply to relationships or interests, so this works well in a lot of different settings.
